The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine on Privatization as regards the Responsibility of the Purchasers of the Objects of Privatization

The Bill (Reg. No.4275) introduces amendments to the Laws "On Privatization of State Property" and "On Privatization of Minor State Enterprises (Minor Privatization)", which enhances the responsibility of the purchasers of the objects of privatization for the observance of commitments assumed by the purchase of such objects.
